We collect information you provide directly: your email address and display name when you create an account via Google or email sign-up, audio files and text content you upload for processing, and payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your card details). We also automatically collect usage data such as features used and session duration, device information including browser type and operating system, and IP addresses for security and analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process your audio transcriptions and text-to-speech requests, process payments, send important service-related notifications, improve and optimize the Service, and ensure security and prevent fraud.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure. Audio files are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with signed URLs for secure access. We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We retain your uploaded files as long as your account is active. You may delete your files at any time through the Service.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, OpenAI Whisper for audio transcription, OpenAI and Google Cloud for text-to-speech, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Analytics for usage analytics. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser local storage to save your language preferences and session data. We use cookies for authentication state management. Google Analytics may set cookies for usage tracking. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
